We can help in your preferred language when available, and we welcome questions from people planning locally, from another state, or from another country.
If you are looking for a venue for a wedding, quinceañera, corporate event, birthday party, shower, reunion, or cultural or religious celebration, the fastest way to start is to fill out our matching form. Matching is free to the host.
What we can help with, and what we cannot
We can help with:
- Questions about how VenueGather works
- Help submitting or updating your event details
- Matching you with venues near your city or event location
- General guidance on what details venues usually need, such as guest count, budget, date, and event type
We cannot:
- Quote a final venue price or guarantee availability
- Hold a date for you
- negotiate or sign contracts on your behalf
- Accept deposits or payments for a venue
- Act as the venue, caterer, planner, or event operator
Venue prices and availability are set by each venue. The real number depends on the date, city, guest count, and what is included. Any price ranges you see in our guides are examples, not quotes. Before you pay a deposit, you should tour, compare options, ask about fees like service charges, food-and-beverage minimums, overtime, and cancellation terms, and confirm everything in writing.
Need a venue request instead of general support?
If your main goal is to find a place to host your event, please use Get matched instead of sending only a general contact email. That helps us route your request faster and share the right event details with participating venues.
It helps to include:
1. Event type
2. City or area
3. Approximate guest count
4. Target date or date range
5. Budget range
6. Anything important to your celebration, such as catering rules, parking, ceremony space, dance floor, or cultural and religious needs
Once you receive matches, you choose which venues to contact, tour, and compare. Availability can change, so always confirm current pricing, included services, and contract terms directly with the venue.
