VenueGather is not:
- a venue
- a caterer
- an event planner or event operator
- the owner or manager of every venue shown or shared with you
- a party to any contract between you and a venue or vendor

We help you start your search. You make the final decision. You tour, compare, ask questions, review policies, and choose whether to book a venue.

Any pricing examples, package descriptions, capacities, amenities, and availability details come from venues or other third-party sources and may change. The real number depends on the date, the city, the guest count, and what is included. Any range you see is an example, not a quote.

Your responsibilities when using the service

You agree to provide current, accurate event and contact information when you use VenueGather. That includes details like your name, email, phone number, event location, estimated guest count, and target date.

When you use the service, you agree that you will:
- use the site for lawful purposes only
- submit information that is true to the best of your knowledge
- avoid impersonating another person or business
- avoid sending spam, harmful code, or fraudulent inquiries
- use venue information for your own event planning, not for resale or data scraping

You are responsible for your booking decisions. Before you pay a deposit or sign an agreement, you should confirm everything directly with the venue in writing, including:
1. total price and payment schedule
2. what is included in the rental or package
3. service charges, food-and-beverage minimums, taxes, overtime, and cleanup fees
4. cancellation terms and refund rules
5. guest count limits, vendor rules, and timing restrictions

If you are planning from another city or country, the same rule applies. Confirm details directly with the venue before making travel or payment decisions.

Venue listings, third-party information, and no guarantee

VenueGather may share venue options, listing details, photos, descriptions, amenities, and other information provided by venues or third parties. We do not control every listing detail, and we cannot promise that all information is complete, current, or error-free.

We do not guarantee:
- that a venue has open availability on your date
- that a venue will honor a past price, package, or promotion
- that a venue will respond to every inquiry
- that any match will result in a booking
- that the venue, vendor, or event experience will meet every expectation

Availability can change quickly. Prices can change based on date, city, guest count, season, package choices, staffing, catering, alcohol service, and other inclusions. A venue may also have minimums, deposits, insurance requirements, or house rules that were not obvious at the start of your search.

Your agreement, if you book, is between you and the venue or vendor you choose. VenueGather is not responsible for setting or enforcing those business terms.

No warranties and limitation of liability

VenueGather provides the site and matching service on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not make warranties, express or implied, about the site, the accuracy of venue information, the availability of the service, or the outcome of your event search.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VenueGather is not liable for losses, damages, costs, disputes, delays, cancellations, pricing changes, venue closures, performance issues, or other problems arising from:
- your use of the site
- your communications with a venue or vendor
- a booking you make or choose not to make
- errors, outages, interruptions, or technical issues
- inaccurate or outdated third-party information

This includes direct and indirect losses related to an event inquiry or booking, except where the law does not allow certain limits.

Because event decisions often involve deposits, travel, and time-sensitive dates, you should verify all important details in writing with the venue before relying on them.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may update VenueGather, add or remove features, or change these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make changes, we may post the updated version on this page and update the effective date if one is shown.

By continuing to use the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with a revised version, stop using the service.
