Venue prices vary widely. The real number depends on the date, the city, the guest count, and what is included, such as catering, rentals, staffing, parking, ceremony space, cleanup, or hotel rooms. Any price ranges you see on our site are examples, not quotes. Before paying a deposit, confirm everything in writing with the venue, including:
- rental fee or package price
- food and beverage minimums
- service charges and taxes
- deposit amount and payment schedule
- setup, breakdown, and overtime fees
- cancellation and refund terms
- what is included, and what you must bring separately
